My issue is accessible transportation. One of the greatest needs is more wheelchair-accessible taxis everywhere. I have used wheelchair-accessible taxis in Las Vegas and Fort Lauderdale, and in Montreal, Vancouver and Victoria in Canada, and I have found them to be very convenient and inexpensive.

What is your issue?: My issue is lack of “motorized doors”. There have been many times that I can’t open a door because of its weight. It seems like every rod in my back want to pop out.

I remember the day when people used to pump gas for customers-at what they called “service stations”. The key to that business was just that, service. Today’s “Self Service” business model reduces costs for the businesses, but ignores the fact that some of us actually need service.

My issue is this, I believe that if a doctor or chriopractor is going to perform any manipulations of the cervical area, he must first have the patients cervicle area ex-rayed , in order to avoid seriously injuring the patient for life.

“I am the mother of a 30 year old quadriplegic. Dustin was in an ATV accident 5 years ago in which accident he broke his neck. After spending substantial time in ICU and a Rehab Hospital, Dustin was sent to a “rehab/nursing home” for convalescence.
