In an unprecedented move, President Obama held an all day televised summit on February 25 with Congressional leaders to discuss moving health reform forward. There was no clear winner at the summit-Democrat, Republican, or the American people.

The shimmer of light though is that the Senate Health, Education, Labor & Pension committee and the House has said that they want a public option in health reform. The Senate Finance Committee will hold a crucial vote on the public option in health care reform on Tuesday, September 29. It is important that your Senators hear from you on this important issue. |
